CLASSIC

The classic menu' is based on seasonal products.
It includes starters, choice of a pasta dish between two proposals, a principal dish with vegetables, homemade dessert, water and coffee.
The price is 20€ per person (10€ for children).

  • SPRINGTIME STARTERS: Selection of local cold cuts and cheese, omelet with asparagus, ricotta cheese, bruschetta with cream of wild garlic plants.
  • SUMMERTIME STARTERS: Selection of local cold cuts and cheese, panzanella with datterini tomato and basil, ricotta cheese with honey and zafferano, gratin eggplant.
  • AUTUMN STARTERS: Selection of local cold cuts and cheese, beans salad "uccelletta", eggplant parmesan, topinambur salad.
  • WINTER STARTERS: Selection of local cold cuts and cheese, offal of lamb with fried onions, meat pie of sausages and artichokes, fried codfish in dough "messetura".
  • SPRINGTIME PASTA: Fettuccine with Prugnoli mushrooms or fettuccine with lamb ragù sauce.
  • SUMMER PASTA: Gnocchetti soup with chickpeas or tagliolino with fresh tomatoes flavored with "mpersa plant".
  • SUMMER PASTA: Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach or spaghetti chitarra with fresh tomatoes and rocket salad.
  • AUTUMN PASTA: Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms or gnocchi with meat sauce.
  • WINTER PASTA: Polenta on wooden plate with sauce of sausages and pork meat or fettuccine "cacio e pepe".
  • SPRINGTIME DISH: Mixed grilled meat on fire (lamb, sausages and pork) garnished with salad of "caccialepri"
  • SUMMER DISH: Sliced beef, rocket salad and parmesan garnished with fried "cicoria".
  • AUTUMN DISH: Rabbit meat in sauce "cacciatora" garnished with sliced gratin potatoes.
  • WINTER DISH: Roasted chicken, lamb, sausages and bacon garnished with roasted potatoes.
  • WINTER DISH: Brasato beef garnished with spicy broccoli.

POLENTATA

This menu is ideal in winter season; it includes:
A wide selection of starters, then polenta on wooden plate cooked and served as tradition.
The price is 15€ per person (10€ for children).

Our polenta is made with wholemeal mais flour, the mais is coultived at our land and then grinded at the stone mill; After 40 minutes on the fire, it is served with sauce of sausages and pork meat.

Finally a homemade dessert and liquor to complete the meal.

VEGETARIAN

A tasty menu not only for vegetarians, they are an excellent selection of traditional dishes that represent the common feeding for farmers and countrymen in the last centuries, this menu is based on legumes, vegetables and grains.
The price is 20€ per person (10€ for children).

Starters include many dishes as: omelet with mushrooms or asparagus, pizza summa stuffed with fried cicoria plant, hard and soft cheeses, ricotta cheese with honey and zafferano, beans with vinegar, mixed fried vegetables in dough of mais, panzanella, bruschette.

After starters are proposed two or more soups as: Gnocchetti soup with chickpeas , mixed vegetable and legumes soup with pizza made of red mais flour, barley soup with chestnuts and porcini mushrooms, legumes cicerchia soup with pasta.

Finally a homemade dessert and liquor to complete the meal.

MENU' PIZZA

We can propose pizza for groups (minimum 10 people); this menu includes many starters and traditional homemade pizza.
Our pizza is made of local whole flour and mother yeast, it is cooked in baking sheets. The price is 15€ per person (10€ for children).

WINE

Water and coffee are always included in the price of menu. The basic wine of agriturismo is the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (red wine) or Chardonnay (white wine) the cost is 6€ per liter; Additional regional wines can be requested by guests.
