these activities are organized by the agriturismo Le Acacie or by the community of Corcumello:

Jan - "butcher day"
Lunch at the agriturismo based on pork meat cooked with traditional method "la fressorata".

17th of Jan - Corcumello, "religious celebration in onor of S.Antonio Abate"
After the holy mass, all the community has a lunch around a big fireplace installed in the square.

Winter season - "Fun with the sledding"
Morning on the snow, displacement to mountains Simbruini bringing our sleds, after a funny ski session a packed lunch will be served for all guests; when back at the agriturismo we will serve vin brule'.

March-April - "Bird and animal watching"
Guided tour in the Velino-Sirente natural park, binoculars in the hands to watch all wild animals and birds. Packed lunch on the foothills of mount Velino.

Springtime - "Archeologirando"
Guided visit to the ancient church of S.Maria in Valle Porclaneta; late in the morning, tour in Alba Fucens (remains of roman town). After lunch guided tour at castle-museum of Celano.

Springtime - "cooking with pot herbs"
How to recognise spontaneous herbs and cooking course: in the morning walk around the agriturismo to gather spontaneous herbs, then preparation of lunch using herbs.

July-August - "The Gran Canyon of Abruzzo"
Hike on the majestic Gole di Celano (a narrow canyon with impressive rock slopes). Packed lunch at la Fonte degli Innamorati.

9th and 10th of August - Corcumello, "festival of S.Lorenzo"
Festival related to religious celebration in honor of S.Lorenzo, entertainment in the street with orchestras and others spectacles.

13th and 14th of Agosto - Corcumello, "Sagra della Marrocca (corn)"
On 13th, festival with street food, music and the traditional "ballo della pupazza" (a big puppets, covered by hand held fireworks, performs a madly dance in the square). On 14th in the afternoon a traditional costume parade, then street food with music all along village streets, the main dish is roasted and boiled corn.

Beginning of October - "day of the bread"
Preparation of bread and pizza made with a special sourdough (la messetura). Then convivial table for all the guests.
